5minutes SAUCES/DIP .Try it yourself!

Hi everyone! This article is about food sauces/dip that you can make in just less than 5 minutes and the good thing is that most of the ingredients are often can be found in your home kitchen.
On the other hand, I still accept other comments/critics if you seemed not to like my suggested sauces/dip
since I am just humbly here to share some of my procedures on how to make my dish or snack more exciting.
*based from asian cuisine and simple Asian dish

Soy Sauce with Calamansi/Lime
Ingredients: 2 Calamansi
             5 tablespoon of Soy sauce

mixed the calamansi juices w/ the soysauce and stir it. Presto!!
balanced salty & sour after taste!;) 
GOOD for: Fried Fish
          Grilled Fish
          Shrimp and Crab

Vinegar with Garlic
Ingredients: 3 cloves of Garlic
             5 tablespoon of Vinegar(Plain)
GOOD for: Shrimp and Crab
          Fried Pork
          Fried Fish
         
mixed the garlic w/ the vinegar and stir it. Presto!!
balanced spicy & sour after taste!;) 

Sweet & Salty
Ingredients: 2 tablespoon of Sugar
             3 tablespoon of Ketchup/Tomato
               sauce
             2 tablespoon of 
               Soy sauce 

GOOD for: Tonkatsu 
          Fried Pork
          Fried Fish
         
mixed the sugar,Ketchup and soy sauce. Then stir it. Presto!!
balanced salty and sweet after taste!;) 
(similar taste w/ Pork tonkatsu sauce)
